One of the most versatile items of equipment to be used at your event – dry heat, steam and combination can steam, poach, braise, reheat, roast, bake or blanch. Different foods can be cooked at the same time without cross contamination of taste.

Four cooking modes: convection heat, steam only, steam and convection, convection and humidification. Temperature range 50°C – 250°C. Takes 1/1 gastronorm containers. Five shelves supplied.
