It’s the first year working with PKL for me, and the guys have been great at communicating and have just been 100%. All the prep work which they’ve done for us, the communication with the chefs, the setting up, the plans that they do for them, has just been brilliant.

Created by Tom Kerridge and having first launched in 2017, Pub in the Park has since grown over the years and is now the biggest and finest food and music festival tour in the UK. Starting with just one site in Marlow as their flagship venue, Pub in the Park now takes place in 9 different locations, with plans to expand to 12 sites in 2023.

Pub in the Park celebrate everything there is to love about the British pub industry, from the very best food and drink to the UK’s finest and award-winning chefs and musicians, as well as shopping villages for attendees to look around.

This year, the festival saw over 150 unique and delicious dishes being served from the 39 different pubs as they toured around the 9 different locations, with a footfall of over 13,000 people attending the Bath location.

Each kitchen area on-site houses two restaurants, where PKL work closely with each restaurant at every site to ensure they have the equipment required to produce their unique menus – PKL have created a base kitchen package which is offered to all the pubs, who then come back with additional items they need to tailor their package to their menu.
